Hey everyone, let me introduce myself I am a stay at home mom and I have two beautiful girls and I want to set the right example for them. So I have gained a few pounds in the last few years that no matter how hard I try I just can't seem to get rid of the extra fat around my hips, butt, thighs and mid section.

First I would recommend that you stop drinking coffee in the morning, simply because it is full of dairy and sugar, also it is in the way of you eating fat burning foods during the most important time of the day which is breakfast. Instead eat a sliced apple, walnuts and some leafy green spinach. You will find that it gives you more energy and can cut down on your overall calorie and fat intake.
