I've taken fish oil regularly, and find that it helps. If I run out and can't afford to buy any right then, I notice that my aches and pains start to come back really quickly. As in a matter of days. But once I'm back on the fish oil again things clear up quickly. I've had significant problems with gout in the past and have permanent damage that I have to look after or else I end up really feeling it. Thanks heaps for your hub!
