work, when it comes to your health, it is hard to know what advice to follow, some say carbs are bad, while others say carbs are good.. some say juicing is the only way to go, while others say that too much juicing is bad for your teeth.
I say that find out what works for you on an individual basis, what may work for someone else may not work for you. So its best to do trial and error, find out what works best and how you feel.. If you feel good than it must be something that is working well, if you feel bad then it is something you want to stop doing or at least limit.
One thing is for sure the more raw, whole and natural your food the better your digestion and the more energy you will have.
Daily Grind drains our Energy
Today we are constantly bombarded by ads, advertising, media, radio, traffic, busy work schedules, loud noises, cement and fiberglass buildings these factors zap our energy and make us tired so much so that it is easy to forget that we are surrounded by nature, trees, birds, mountains, creeks, dirt, pebbles, oceans, and blue skies.
When we take the time to go to the park or up into the mountains or out to the beach we get a sense of peace and an awareness of nature and all things natural. When it comes to our food it is a natural connection to want to feel good and have more energy.
