EFIE Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer Circuit

EFIE will be an important part of the oxy-hydrogen system

Fuel Injection engines are not compatible with some HHO Fuel Saver devices

If you have a fuel injection vehicle and you want to use gas boosters to save on mileage and increase fuel efficiency you will find that most fuel injections use a oxygen sensor to infer the air fuel ratio of the engine.

Most hydrogen generator kits will increase the oxygen in the exhaust which will cause the computer to think the mixture lean so it will instruct for more gasoline to be injected into the exhaust of the catalytic converter, so this is why you will need a fuel savers EFIE device.

The electric fuel injection has a fuel delivery system, air induction system, and the electronic control system which signals the injector to deliver just enough fuel to achieve an ideal air and fuel ratio often referred to as stoichiometry.

The precise amount of fuel delivered to the engine is a function of the ECU controls and determines the basic injection quantity based upon measured intake air volume and engine rpm.

Hybrid technology on your vehicle will improve the fuel efficiency of combustion of the petroleum fuel you are burning, one of the results of this process is that there will be more oxygen appearing in the exhaust increasing mileage from combustion enhancement technology.

How the oxygen sensor function works?

Automotive oxygen sensors, colloquially known as O2 sensors, make modern electronic fuel injection and emission control possible. They help determine, in real time, if the air fuel ratio of a combustion engine is rich or lean.

It is important to note that since oxygen sensors are located in the exhaust stream, they do not directly measure the air or the fuel entering the engine.

But when information from oxygen sensors is coupled with information from other sources, it can be used to indirectly determine the air-to-fuel ratio, and that is why EFIE electric fuel injection enhancer circuit is needed.

Also it is said that to enable electronic fuel injection to work efficiently, these emissions control technique can reduce the amounts of both unburnt fuel and oxides of nitrogen from entering the atmosphere, which some who want to use alternative fuels can test the unburnt fuel as pollution in the form of air-borne hydrocarbons.

So with oxides of nitrogen will result of combustion chamber tempuratures exceeding 1300 Kelvin due to excess air in the fuel mixture and contribute to smog and acid rain.

How Fuel Injection Systems Work

Most fuel injection systems are for gasoline or diesel applications which makes its designed specific to the types of fuels it can handle for electronic fuel injection which uses firmware which are programs and data structures that is programmable to atomize the fuel and pump it through a nozzle and a valve under high pressure.

Fuel gets into the cylinder of the engine by means of throttle body fuel injection or multi-port fuel injection with a electronically controlled valve that relies on the fuel pump for pressurized fuel supplied to the engine.

EFIE HHO Kits

Choosing a hydrogen injection system for your heavy duty big rigs, medium duty and light duty diesel trucks , cars and small trucks can be easier if you know which HHO Kits work best.

I found some hydroxy generators with production up to 8 LPM per cell, if you need a HHO electronics and EFIE, having an automatic adjusting rpm sensing electronic fuel injection MAP and PWM functions for vehicle management units.

Frequently Asked Questions you should know about:

  • Will the HHO Kit void my warranty?
  • Will it be compatible with my current modifications?
  • What if I plan to add modifications later?
  • How will the HHO kit affect horsepower and torque?
  • Why is it so much cheaper than other HHO Kit mods?

yes it is interesting how those with newer vehicles will need to get hydrogen generator kits that include a EFIE, electronic fuel injection enhancer
