There is nothig unethical about this article. The reality is that people are losing their homes. Unethical is letting the properties stand uncleaned and with grass growing wild and Pools unclean, creating health hazards to the neighbors. The people who are cleaning up the mess are not unethical. Jackie how do you tacke that problem? We all know that it would be best if people were helped before they lost their house,that goes with saying. Would it more ethical if people did this work for free, so the banks would spend less money?
Unethical! Not! It is very unfortunate that people are losing their homes on a daily basis. Lita is correct it will be more unethical to not pay attention to these properties and leave them trashed out which will create other problems health and environmental. The people who have enough guts to start a business helping the lenders and homeowners take care of these problems need to get paid. Believe me, it is not easy work!

I believe the article is very helpful. There is no disrespect indictaed in the article. Leaving empty homes and abandodned buildings are havens for crime, such as: rape, drugs,and vagrants. Showing others that the community is serious about keeping the community safe as well as beautiful is a statement. While doing so, one could start a thriving buisness, help others, be proud of self effiency, and rebuild lives, and communities.

This is highly unethical! We should be focusing on how we can keep these people in their houses. Many people, especially minorities, were duped into subprime mortgages when they actually qualified for fixed rate mortgages. I do not condone this article!
