Barack Obama Re-election 2012
Barack Obama Re-election 2012

The debate over President Obama Re-election for 2012 falls on some specific things happening.

Moderate independent voters and democrates as well as voters of Ralph Nader, Green Party Candidate need to vote from an informed position to choose a leader who is fighting for us to clean up an economy that has been neglected for over thirty years.

Ohio, Wisconsin and florida has seen an economic meltdown at the hands of the Republican party, causing people to wake up to see how important the 2012 elections will be in the history of our U.S. Government.

What will it take to re-elect Obama?

First of all we need to recognize that Corporations are NOT people and until this type of thinking is changed. The country will be divided politically.

Ron Paul is one of the few seeking the Republican nomination who understands that corporations should not have rights, equal to the soverign population.

Appointing more judges to high court may not be the answer because of the partisan issue at stake.

What do you think of having a corporate dictatorship?

Conservatives are yet to answer. Speculation over if Obama can decrease the national debt has many Democrates seek tax increases for the wealthy and corporations.

It will take the Bush tax cuts to expire and for Obama to restore the tax rate for our economy to prosper.

No matter who wins the next term of the presidential candidates the top goal should be to get america working, and decrease debt which does not seem to be on the Republicans agenda right now.

What the Occupy Wall Street Protesters Want

The street movement taking place in New York seems to have supporters and those who want to speak to government about a common objectives that include a demand for bank regulation.

They are the other 99% who think the corporations should abolish Capitalism.

Could Wall Street symbolize the fact that the U.S. Dollar is worthless?

But the questions still remains for occupiers who have no clear leader and all one can tell is that they want to live in a democracy where they can have real freedom instead what they are left with is a country that is more authoritarian and heading toward totalitarianism at each passing year.

It can be safe to say that we will not return to what America used to be because things have changed and if independent organizations can continue to print money without restrictions, how can the condoning of martial law be a surprise to those who do not agree with a centralized federal government?

Which side are you on? Are you a left wing or a right wing? does it even matter?

Americans are confusing the real issues, because being called a liberal, or part of the "tea party" supporters either side is irrelevant to the far more important issues such as - Can America return back to a democratic capitalism that is void of corporate greed?

Apparently not Instead we live in a time where generations are disillusioned by the American Dream. Because of the lack of concern for the public interest the goal of reaching Pluralism is a realization that protestors hope to accomplish with these rallies.

Will Occupy Wall Street Win?

Occupy Wall Street is a people-powered movement that began on September 17, 2011 in Liberty Square in Manhattan’s Financial District,

Its message is that they want to oppose the corrosive power who started the economic collapse putting Americas in a great recession due to corporate greed.

The protestors are challenging the 1% will they win?

Who are the 1%

They are America's Wealthiest Elite who rule and decide how the rest of the 99% will live.

Some are shocked to find that the income distribution of marketable assets such as Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds become more valuable when they are used for the purpose of resale.

A persons net worth is determined by subtracting the amount of debt they have from their assets. So it is the marketable assets that can be converted into cash is what is called liquid financial wealth.

The reason their is a gap between the rich and the poor is because the wealthy do not work for their income instead the earn residuals off their investments and acquisitions whereas the poor are paid by the hour for physical labor.

Corporations are not people

This is one of the issues that need to be addressed because it is not okay to allow corporate lobbyists to influence decisions or control policies made by the 1% of wealthy politicians.

Why have we accepted the control of a capitalist democracy?

Will power be given back to the people? Can we have a true authoritarian state? Those are the questions that need to be addressed and answered after all the protests of Occupy Wall Street are concluded.

Which ever side your on or if you are just a curious by stander this will be a event written in the History books with the tagline "Where were you when the Occupy Wall Street 2011 started?"

Passing a Ballot

How laws are made, is something the average person probably does not think about.

Now for this election year politics are on the minds of many and issues are of concern.

Higher gas prices, economy and the loss of jobs have people wondering who they should vote for in the coming elections. Grassroot organizations are all in force to start a movement for change.

To understand the process a definition of what a petition is and what it does needs to be explained:

A petition, or Ballot Initiative, is a process that allows individuals who are not elected representatives to pass or challenge laws or to modify their constitution . There are between 22-26 of the fifty states that have this process.

Once a petition is filed, the person or organization backing it (called the proponent) has a limited amount of time to collect enough signatures to qualify it for the ballot. That amount of time is dependent on a number of factors that vary from each state.

Once the required number of signatures have been gathered, the petitions are presented to each county's Registrar of Voters.

The Registrar is responsible for checking the signatures. Once verified the petition goes onto the ballot, where it's up to the voters to pass or reject.

Especially if your finding comparable properties to reduce your burden of property taxes is not that much more complicated than determining the value of a used car.

I was just reading about how what will be the amount of the annual property tax? Is among the first questions frequently asked by many potential property Buyers, Paying for property taxes is one of every citizen's obligations to the government,

It is often difficult to determine the indication of needing to file a property tax appeal, but there are signs, Property owners seeking property tax relief need to learn the process and system of appeals.

Gathering signatures is big business

Signature gathering firms are hiring petition circulators to get these signatures so if you want to get involved and make a difference

Working as a signature gatherer, or circulator, gives you absolute control over your day. You are in business for yourself and responsible for your own bookkeeping and taxes, as well as the quality of the signatures you collect.

Pay is commission only & by the signature, which varies from $.50 to $8.00. The price is determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to how many issues are in competition for the signature, how many signatures are needed, how much time is left for collection & how popular the issue is.
