Dottie, I see your point, eating in moderation is a good way to not abuse the body, its interesting how certain foods have "preventive medicine" built in which could save trips to the doctor.

G'day, I'm a great believer in using garlic horseradish + vit C when I have a cold if I take them the cold only lasts a fortnight, If I don't take them It lasts 2 weeks.

You forgot to mention celery and carrots (ever seen a blind rabbit) boom boom.
