Next Williams went on a very fast media spritz where he was interviewed extensively about his private life. It led to him entering rehab and now he is staying at a sober living home in Los Angeles.

After being on the radio show hosted by Dave and Jimmy, at 53 years old he now has his own house and a full time job. Everyone wants a piece of the radio man, hopefully he can get a good manager and lawyer to help him through all his instant success.

Ted along with his son and daughter got a chance to meet Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant on Monday. Taping was done on the Purple and Gold Basketball court where Desmond Jackson got a signed autograph on his sneakers.

Ted got a chance to be with Dr. Phil and get the help he needs to stay clean and sober. he will be taking the sobriety challenge, which will be 90 meetings in 90 days, the man with the golden voice is up for it and thanks God for his blessings.

Dr. Phil will reunite Ted Williams with several of his estranged family members in a special two-part series airing on Tuesday, January 11 and Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Then on Thursday January 13, 2011.

Thursday taping on Dr. Phil is going into the confrontation the daughter had with her father, she says that Ted has been drinking and is angry with him for abandoning her. She feels he is not ready for his sudden fame.

Ted enters Rehab to help with his drinking problem after a long discussion with Dr. Phil

Mr. Williams agreed to enter rehab after the incident in front of hollywood hotel where he admitted to be drinking alcohol heavily.

According to entertainment weekly ted williams had a argument with his daughter when she came discuss a family matter. Things got ugly and Ted ended up with scratches to his face after he tried to shut his daughter up.

Apparently this just made her more angry and she threatened to sell his story and it looks as if she is trying to give him bad press.

Ted Williams was not arrested but instead detained by the LAPD for questioning

The homeless man with the golden voice was detained by LAPD after getting into a shouting match with one of his daughters.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the argument between Ted and his daughter was over money. So despite headlines that he was arrested him and his daughter did not press charges.

I wish Mr. Williams the best and hope he stays strong and is able to handle all the attention he is getting.

Ted Golden Voice Williams will be going to rehab to detox and regain his sobriety

With the help of Dr. Phil, Ted decided to enter rehab to battle his drug and alcohol addictions. He is currently seeking help at Origins Recovery Center in South Padre Island, Texas.

The YouTube phenomenon’s plan is to decompress, rest and get professional help.

Ted's girlfriend Kathy will be accepting Dr. Phil's offer to go to rehab to help her cleanup from drugs and alcohol so that her and Ted can be together.

She was resistant at first because she did not want to be away from golden voice ted williams while remembering how confined rehab was for her in the past.

After careful consideration and the encouragement from Ted she decided that she would accept Dr. Phil's offer to go.

One of the interviewers noticed Teds new dapper appearance wearing a suit, eyeglasses and new vaneers, his new look is fitting for his new life. 

His manager is able to get many of the broadcasting contracts back that he was offered in the beginning of the year when his youtube video of him standing on the side of the freeway with a sign went viral.

Now that all the frenzied media attention is behind him, Ted is ready to make a difference in the lives of other homeless people.

I am happy to see that this story has a happy ending and that Mr. Williams has a great support system helping him through the many challenges he has had to face in the last few months.
