I think that a dermatologist will be the best way to go. I see a lot of people with hanging skin and it does look terrible, it ages the person. Notice some people have hanging skin on their arms. Good research and I hope it helps us all.

My partner's sister is going for a by-pass op and one of her main worries seems to be all the loose skin after wards.

After researching the topic I found information that stated that the person who loses weight also loses muscle mass and if the lean muscle is built back up the skin will stretch back into place.
