I agree. diets do not work. A diet sounds temporary so weight loss is temporary. It needs to be a change in your lifestyle, eating and exercise. Although, recently a college professor went on a junk food diet and did lose 20 lbs by consuming just 1,800 calories of junk food vs. 2,700 of healthy foods. I would personally still choose healthy foods with less calories than Doritos and Debbie's snack cakes which he used.
