Free-running Sport Parkour
As you are probably aware he was featured in the Sony pictures Casino Royale website: Sebastien Foucan is "Founder of Parkour, with his childhood friend David Belle,
Sebastien Foucan developed the discipline (also known as Free-running) to combat negative energy.
He has created and given names to many of the trademark Parkour moves, now used throughout the movement,
which is becoming increasingly well-known and respected as an extreme sport world-wide. However, for Foucan, Parkour is not a sport, it is primarily an art form."
It is a great way to stay in shape and tone the legs, many of the sportsman who start this type of running have a background in skateboarding since many of the moves are the same.

The opening chase scene of the movie Casino Royale is a thrill ride as you watch the character Mollaka run with such elegance and athletic prowess almost as if he is flying. I was very impressed as was everyone else in the world of athletic sports.
You can watch video clips on Flicker and You tube, read forums, take classes that teach how to develop the fundementals. Urban Free Flow has it all and If you really want some awsome coverage of this amazing sport check out:

Sebastian got some skills!
parkour and freerunning are not the same nor is parkour a "extreme sport" so it is an art form not just for foucan, but for anyone who practices it. Parkour is simply moving from point a to point b in the quickest and most efficient way possible whereas freerunnning is a far more showy way of moving over obstacle. once again it is not a sport, it is an art or a martial art or simply a philosophy
i really want to get in touch with sebastien would you know how
